Art of Inclusion Publication – Nov 15 – Sept 16
A publication will present the outcomes and recommendations of the partnership with examples of best practice, and expert input from educators, curators, theorists and artists (adult learners with intellectual disabilities) who are participation in workshops and studio programmes.
It will aim to influence and inspire good practice in the field of inclusive arts education and practices for adults with intellectual disabilities and will target organizations providing serves for adults with intellectual disabilities, educational institutes and cultural programmes and centres.
The publication will be approximately 80-100 pages.
The publication will be visually appealing as will as using text.
As well as in depth research and text the publication will include images short summary boxes, phrases, and case studies to provide for a range of levels of engagement and to be engaging for adult learners with intellectual disabilities.
